Seattle-based designer Peter Bristol created a bag that looks like a giant version of a binder clip. Named ‘Clip Bag’, the playful handbag is borrowing its form from a common binder clip. The binder icon functions so well as a bag you can almost take it seriously.

Föhr

This project is located on Föhr, a small island in the North Sea. In the village of Alkersum, inside a former hay storage of a traditional farmhouse, architect Karin Matz redefined the whole space with a wood structure covered by 3.200 tiles, each with a hand-made circular hole, 500 mt of polypropylene blue rope and treated pine wood.

Guangzhou Opera House

The Guangzhou Opera House by Zaha Hadid Architects is located in the center of the ‘factory of the world’, the capital of Guangdong Province (Canton) on the north bank of the Pearl River. The opera house was opened in 2010. The complex consists of several large softly shaped polyhedra, reminiscent of large boulders. The architect speaks of ‘pebbles in the river’.
