An Expandable Window Designed By Aldana Ferrer Garcia

Argentinian designer Aldana Ferrer Garcia created ‘MoreSky‘, an expandable window that creates additional space in an apartment where you can enjoy the view of the sky. The nook concept consists of a wooden structure that can be set into a window frame and features a place where you can sit or lay down. The object was first presented at Dubai Design Week 2015 and Garcia says that the idea behind the design was to create more space in densely populated cities. Garcia works as an architecture and industrial designer and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York City.
