Plein Soleil By Anaïs Boileau

Words

French photographer Anaïs Boileau just provided us with her final project of her photography studies at ECAL entitled ‘Plein Soleil’. It features sunbathing, pale-skinned women along with some odd, colorful Latin architecture that both seem a bit alienated. We are drawn to her style ranging between documentary and fiction mixed with a gentle irony. With her work, Anaïs Boileau aims to describe a longing for exoticism.
