James Whineray is an Australian contemporary photographer. His work attempts to capture absolute rawness within his subjects, his confronting portraits and contemporary landscapes work with the unexpected and obvious values of a place and/or person. James’ work has been printed, exhibited and collected locally and internationally. He is currently working in Fremantle, western Australia.
