Bobby Doherty is a 23 years old kid with a good eye on candid photography. He lives and studies in Brooklyn, New York. We already featured him a few years ago. Foremost, he would like us to think that his compositions and their bursting sensations were somehow the outcome of something more than just not forgetting to bring his camera with him. Then, it feels like he takes these photos in an effort to perceive life the way he wants. To be more precise, while he is taking the photo, he is also building the evidence by just simply forgetting the details of that particular day, which was not worth the cost of film and the whole processing. He constantly imagines himself forty years from now looking back on these photos and only thinking, ‘what a bunch of bullshit.’ And he will be the only one thinking that none of this is true. However in the present time, how could any of it ever be false or unrealistic? But yet again who knows?

I love photographers that focus on everyday subject matter and ordinary people and make it interesting, or beautiful. I think it makes you yourself a more observant individual- always looking to find beauty in the mundane. I especially loved the first one; the richness of color, the boys expression and the texture of his sweater.
I've blogged about another photographer in the past, Rafa Castells, whose work consists of commonplace subject matters, raw and unedited, that make you feel like you're looking at his personal diary or an intimate documentary of his life. I suggest to look him up if this kind of photography inspires you.
Anyway, thanks for sharing!

No need to be so bitter russ you're over rated in your laegue position because you deserve to be bottom. I think it will be a tight game and it might just be down to Kelvin Henry to supply the quality as we know he's a midfield magician.Jarvis is your only decent player the rest are average at best.
