Point of view

Italian Artist Fabio D’ Altilia created this clever set of illustrations. Inspired by Gestalt psychology he designed this fun set that will make you look twice at each image. In particular, he addresses multistable perception, which is the tendency for us to go back and forth between two or more interpretations. This is part of his big conceptual work, where he uses the top-down effect where our minds tries to create interpretations based on former experiences and expectations. He forces us to concentrate more to see the ambiguity in each picture.

Hey Daffy, the little hole is her eye, on the left is her nose and her jutting chin. She's wearing a scarf and the nipple is her ear. You got it?
