The gigantic installations of Scottish artist David Mach pour out into space and flow like a colorful fluid lava stream around objects to swallow them and hide them underneath. Made out of uncountable discarded, precisely arranged magazines and large found objects – like sofas, TVs, airplans and cars – these high scale sculptures fill their spaces with such force that they squeeze through doors smothering everything they pass by, creating bulbous forms out of differently colored periodicals.
