Today we prepared a special prize for you to win, that we would actually rather keep ourselves but generous as we are, we’ll share it with you. On occasion of the exhibition Bockumenta 1 in Gestalten Space, Berlin of one of our favorite illustrators Frank Höhne himself, we raffle two of his books ‘Book of Bock’.
On Thursday the 09th of August they celebrated big opening of his exhibition along with the book launch in Berlin in the presence of the artist, see pictures of the event here. In the ‘Book of Bock’ Frank Höhne explains what’s so great about being an illustrator. Höhne is inspired by everything that surrounds him and a colonoscopy can be more of an inspiration to him as visiting a museum. He is interested in what is happening in his life and describes it in the most colorful and humorous way. A lot of what is to be found in the book is also exhibited in the Bookumenta 1, next to his drawings and pictures you’ll also see some of his crocheted dolls. We are excited ybout the outcome and also about giving away two of his amazing books.
