Pep Ventosa: ‘My work is about finding new visual experiences in photography. With the series ‘Carousels – In the Round’, I walked in a circle around each of the carousels, shooting repeatedly along the path. Then the photographs were overlaid and refined to discover what becomes of the orbit. One may think they are looking at a single carousel in each image, but it is actually as many as several dozen separate shots of the same carousel, blended together — the carousel and its environment, in the round.’

Hab ich auch vor Kurzem entdeckt. Genial, dieser Effekt mit Fotografie den Eindruck von gemaltem zu erzeugen.

Der Effekt ist nicht schlecht, für Malerei ganz schön, aber als Fotografie gefällt es mir nicht so recht.
