Gary Annett lebt und arbeitet heute in Melbourne. Geboren und aufgewachsen ist er in Nordirland. Seinen Abschluss machte er in Wirtschaft und heute arbeitet er als Fotograf. Annett arbeitet hauptsächlich mit schwarz-weiß Aufnahmen und setzt gekonnt Schärfe und Licht ein. Seine Bilder haben nichts mystisches oder romantisches, sie wirken eher schon soweit überzogen real und klar, dass sie dadurch unwirklich scheinen.
‘Melbourne based photographer Gary Annett specialises in architecture, interiors, food and landscape photography. Born and raised in Northern Ireland Gary is an Honours graduate from the University of Ulster with a Distinction in Business Studies, having since trained alongside several of Melbourne’s leading commercial photographers. Gary’s work has been recognised in Australia and overseas and he was recently named as Australia’s Top Emerging Architectural Photographer for 2011.’
