Please introduce yourself.
I’m an independent designer and visual artist, dividing my time between art directing, illustrating, sculpting and cultivating curiosty.
Let’s imagine you were a dinner menue, what would be served tonight?
Uhm, cervelat sushi! It’s actually an existing dish, inventend by my mum.
Why did you move to the place you are currently living?
I was charmed by the rawness, the undefined space and the inherent history of Berlin in the 90s. I really appreciate that period, but lately I’ve been dreaming about a cottage in the countryside, I can imagine moving southwards in the near future.
What is your most beloved and exercised ritual?
Avoiding ironing & hunting mushrooms.
Why do you love what you are doing, do you?
Sometimes finding appropriate solutions isn’t exactly fun. But in the end, simply being able to create something out of nothing and turn it into a virtual or a physical reality is very satisfying.
Let’s take this chance to blame someone for something right here.
Winter in Berlin.
Who is the fairest one of all?
Natural law.
