Please introduce yourself.
Ohey, my name is Jacob Dahlstrup Jensen. I work primarily with pencil drawing and small installations. I get my inspirations from old nautical myths and draw a lot of references to the sailor folklore and old school tattooing.
Let’s imagine you were a dinner menue, what would be served tonight ?
Ale battered hammerhead steak with chips on the side.
Why did you move to the place you are currently living ?
I moved from Glasgow, Scotland to Copenhagen, Denmark after finishing my degree at The Glasgow School of Art. I chose to move back to Copenhagen because that’s where my girlfriend and most of my old friends live these days. Copenhagen is a cool place to live.
What is your most beloved and exercised ritual?
Eating breakfast, Sundays schnapps lunches, sharpening pencils and sketching up a new drawing.
Why do you love what you are doing, do you ?
I do love what I do, it’s a great freedom to do art for a living or at least as a part-time job.
Let’s take this chance to blame someone for something right here.
Ill blame my mum for point 5.
Who is the fairest one of all ?
Davey Jones

Hey,
die Schiff-Banane oder das Banenen-Boot ist ja sau cool! Würde sie nicht schimmeln, würde ich es nachbauen!
