Vor circa drei Wochen habe ich hier bereits bei iGNANT über die Buchskulpturen von Paul Octavious berichtet. Jetzt habe ich mit Jacqueline Rush Lee eine Künstlerin gefunden, die zwar das selbe Material für ihre Arbeiten verwendet, das Ergebnis jedoch komplett ein anderes ist.

For almost a decade I have found myself drawn to the intimate, tactile, and symbolic qualities of used books. I am interested in how these recycled books come with their own historie of use and meaning and how they serve as potent vehicles of expression.
